1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the LOGE mobile app and this website, published by LOGE, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) chaired by Arthur Barrière, hereinafter "LOGE" or "we". By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What LOGE offers

LOGE is a football app that brings together:

• following clubs, competitions and players, with fixtures, live scores, line-ups, tables and statistics;
• free games: predictions, season forecasts, votes and the daily quiz, which earn points and Buts;
• LOGE XI, a team-building game based on players' real performances;
• Loge Mercato, a league between friends where each real player belongs to only one member;
• loges, match rooms and private messages, where you talk with other users;
• an in-app shop where you spend your Buts;
• Football AI, an assistant that answers your football questions, reserved for Premium subscribers.

Most of the service is free. Paid options, such as Premium, are clearly identified before any payment.

3. No betting, no cash prizes

LOGE is not a gambling operator. LOGE's games involve no stakes, no deposits, no cash prizes and no monetary consideration.

Points and Buts, LOGE's in-game currency, are purely virtual: they have no market value and cannot be sold, exchanged between users, or converted into money or goods outside the app. They may be adjusted or reset in the event of a technical error, fraud or cheating.

LOGE provides no betting advice, and the information displayed must not be used as a basis for sports betting. If gambling becomes a problem for you, help is available, for example in France on 09 74 75 13 13 (Joueurs Info Service).

4. Your account

• You must be at least 15, or the age set by the law of your country if higher.
• You agree to provide a valid email address and a username that does not infringe anyone's rights.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens from your account.
• An account is personal. Sharing, selling or transferring an account is prohibited.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app, or by following the Delete my account procedure.

5. Rules of conduct

Loges are conversation spaces between supporters. To keep them pleasant, it is forbidden to post or transmit:

• hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic or discriminatory content;
• harassment, threats, repeated insults or content meant to humiliate someone;
• sexual, violent or shocking content;
• unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing someone's privacy;
• personal data about a third party without their agreement;
• spam, unsolicited advertising, fraudulent links or betting solicitations;
• copyright protected content you do not hold the rights to.

It is also forbidden to circumvent the rules of the game, to automate use of the service, to scrape its data at scale, or to disrupt how it works.

We apply zero tolerance to abusive content and harassing behaviour.

6. Reporting and moderation

Every message and every profile can be reported from inside the app, by holding the content and choosing Report. You can also block a user: their messages will no longer be shown to you and they can no longer join you in a loge.

We review every report and act within 24 hours: removal of the offending content, warning, suspension or permanent deletion of the account, depending on severity. Reports can also be sent to contact@loge.football.

We reserve the right to remove manifestly unlawful content without notice and to report to the competent authorities any facts that may constitute a criminal offence.

7. Your content

You remain the owner of the content you post. You grant us a non exclusive, free licence to host it, display it and transmit it to the other members of your loges, for as long as strictly necessary to run the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to backups and legal retention obligations.

8. Intellectual property

The LOGE name, its logo, the app interface and the text on this site are protected and belong to LOGE SAS. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Club, competition, federation and kit manufacturer names, logos and emblems, as well as player names and images, belong to their respective owners. LOGE is an independent app with no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from those organisations. These elements are referred to for sports information purposes only. Details are in the legal notice.

9. Premium and in-app purchases

Paid options, including the Premium subscription, are sold exclusively through Apple's App Store. The price and duration are shown before purchase. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before it ends, from your Apple account settings. Deleting your LOGE account does not cancel the subscription with Apple.

Premium unlocks extra features (Football AI, unlimited loges, profile items). It gives no advantage in any game ranking.

Under the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content or services, unless you asked to use them immediately and expressly waived this right at the time of purchase.

10. Football data and Football AI

Fixtures, scores, tables, line-ups and statistics come from a third-party data provider. They are provided for information, as is, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or real-time availability. The provider may correct data after the event.

Football AI answers are generated automatically from this data. They may be incomplete or inaccurate: check important information, and never use them as betting advice. A daily question limit applies.

11. Service availability

We do our best to keep the service available, without guaranteeing continuous uptime. Interruptions may happen for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or a provider failure. We may change, add or remove features, in particular during the beta phase where the service is provided on an experimental basis.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LOGE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these terms, after a warning where the situation allows it, and without notice in case of a serious or repeated breach. Deleting an account means losing points and Buts, which give no right to compensation.

13. Liability

LOGE is an entertainment and sports information service. We are not responsible for content posted by users, for decisions you take based on the data displayed, or for indirect damages linked to the use of the service. Our liability cannot exceed what applicable law allows, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a disagreement, please write to contact@loge.football first so that we can look for an amicable solution.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code provisions on the consumer dispute mediation process, if you have contacted us first and have not received a satisfactory answer, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with:
