Account and sign-in
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your account's email address. You will receive a link to choose a new password. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder before writing to us.
I want to change my username, photo or email
Your username and photo can be changed from your profile: tap the gear icon, then Edit profile. To change your account's email address, write to us from your current address.
I want to delete my account

Loges and conversations
How do I invite my friends?
Open your loge and tap Invite: you can share its code, its link or its QR code. Your friends just enter the code or scan the QR code from the loges screen.
Reporting a message or blocking someone
Press and hold the message, then choose Report. From a member's profile, you can also report or block them: a blocked member can no longer write to you, and their messages are no longer shown to you. Every report is reviewed and handled within 24 hours.
Leaving a loge
Open the loge, then its settings, and tap Leave loge. If you created it, you can hand it over to another member first. Your past messages remain visible to the other members.
Predictions, LOGE XI and Loge Mercato
Until when can I make a prediction?
Until kick-off. At that moment predictions are locked and can no longer be changed.
Until when can I change my line-up?
In both LOGE XI and Loge Mercato, your line-up can be changed until kick-off. A player whose match has started can no longer be removed or added.
My score does not look right
Points are calculated from official match data once the matches are over. In LOGE XI, each player's card explains where their points come from. If a result still looks wrong the next day, write to us with the name of the match.
What are points and Buts for?
Points count towards rankings. Buts, LOGE's in-game currency, are earned by playing and spent in the app's shop. Both are purely virtual: no stakes, no cash prizes, no conversion possible.
